Delivery Time & Possible Delays
Our standard delivery timeframe is estimated at 4–10 business days, plus 1–3 business days of processing time.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. During sales, high-demand periods, public holidays, or due to unexpected carrier delays, shipping times may be extended by up to an additional 8 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. While we always aim to dispatch and deliver orders as quickly as possible, delays caused by carriers or customs are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience during busier periods.


Tracking Information
Once your order enters the processing stage, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that receiving tracking details does not necessarily mean the package has already been shipped; it indicates that your order is being prepared.

Due to our shipping process, tracking updates may not appear immediately. In some cases, carrier updates may take 1–5 business days to become visible.

Lost or Undeliverable Packages
CARDIERO cannot be held responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure that all billing and shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.

If an error was made on our part, we will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery failures caused by shipping carriers once the package has been handed over to them.


Split Shipments
For logistical reasons, items within the same order may occasionally be shipped separately, even if combined shipping was selected. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
