Refund policy
At CARDIERO, we want you to feel confident in every piece you purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all labels, tags, and protective plastics intact.
We reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount from your refund if the item or packaging shows signs of use or damage.
No Returns After 14 Days
We are unable to accept returns after 14 days from the date of delivery, regardless of the reason.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email our support team at hello@cardiero.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Non-Refundable Items
Damaged packaging (such as boxes or bags) is not eligible for refunds, as we cannot control how parcels are handled by carriers. Complimentary items, including free watch tools or free accessories, are also non-refundable.
Quality Notice
As a small business that does not mass-produce our jewelry and watches, slight variations may occasionally occur. These may include minor surface marks, natural imperfections in materials, or subtle differences in alignment.
These characteristics are part of the nature of small-batch production and are not considered defects under our return policy.
We take great care to ensure every item meets our quality standards and truly appreciate your support of independently crafted pieces.
Lifetime Warranty (Jewelry)
All CARDIERO jewelry is covered by our Lifetime Warranty. If your item fades, discolors, or breaks due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it or issue store credit.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and production faults. It does not cover lost or stolen items, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by third parties.
To make a claim, please email hello@cardiero.com with your order number, a clear photo of the item, and a short explanation of the issue.
Watch Warranty
All CARDIERO watches are covered by a 2-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship issues.
This warranty covers defects in the movement, hands, and dial, as well as internal mechanical failures caused by production faults.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, unauthorized repairs, cosmetic wear such as scratches or discoloration, battery replacement, water damaged, straps, bracelets, or other accessories.

Order Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 4 hours of placing it by emailing hello@cardiero.com.
While we will always do our best to accommodate your request, if your order has already been processed or shipped within that timeframe, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.
If your cancellation is confirmed, you may still receive automated order update emails. These can be safely ignored once cancellation has been approved.
Promotional Offer Terms
To qualify for any promotional offer, customers must follow the instructions provided on the relevant product and/or collection pages. All required products must be added to the cart in order for the discount to be applied automatically at checkout.
Failure to follow the stated promotion instructions may result in the discount not being applied. We are not responsible for incomplete orders where promotion guidelines were not properly followed, and we do not issue refunds or apply discounts retroactively in such cases.
This policy applies to all current and future promotions. We encourage customers to carefully review all offer details before completing their purchase.
